Notice that Amulet home page is actually only an "Entry" page into the POOS shop, which contains all of the site content. This is necessary in order for visitors to not have the ability to leave the POOS area (thereby losing the "state" (cookie) information. If you visit this shop take note of the URL which leads you into the POOS area (the link for "Enter") and also that this page automatically "meta refreshes" to that URL in 10 seconds, forcing the visitor thru the "front door".
